Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Partial refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds. All returned items must be complete with no missing parts.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, subject to verification. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@my-micro-bikini.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping returns:
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
